Who we are

JM Tutorials, A-304, Shanta Jyot Shopping Centre, opp. YMCA Ground, Vasai West, Maharashtra 401202, India. This policy explains what we collect on jmtutorial.in and why.

What we collect

When you buy CHINTAN: your name, WhatsApp number and, if you give it, your email, plus the order and payment references from Razorpay.
When you read: a random device code stored in a cookie on your device, the type of browser and device (for example “Chrome on Android”) and when you started reading on it.
When you contact us: whatever you choose to tell us.

We don’t collect card, UPI or bank details; Razorpay handles payments. The demo-class form on our home page doesn’t send anything to us directly: it opens WhatsApp with your message filled in, and you choose whether to send it.

Why we use it

To take your payment, send your reading link and device codes on WhatsApp, keep your book on your device and prevent sharing, help you when you contact us, and keep the records the law requires.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the website for us: Razorpay (payments), Meta / WhatsApp (messages) and Cloudflare (hosting and database). We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.

Cookies and storage

One necessary cookie (“jmdev”) keeps your book on your device. The reader also remembers your last page and night-mode setting in your browser. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

For as long as your copy of the book is active, and after that only as long as the law requires, for example for tax records.

Security

Everything is sent over HTTPS. Reading links and book pages are encrypted, and only our server can open them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or to stop sending you WhatsApp messages. Deleting your data ends your access to the e-book.

Children

If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to buy the e-book for you.
