1. About these terms
These terms apply to jmtutorial.in (the website), run by JM Tutorials, A-304, Shanta Jyot Shopping Centre, opp. YMCA Ground, Vasai West, Maharashtra 401202, India (“we”, “us”). By using the website or buying the CHINTAN e-book, you agree to them.
2. Your copy of CHINTAN
When you buy CHINTAN by Ronak Daudani, you get a personal licence to read it online for your own use. You don’t buy a file, and the licence can’t be transferred. Each copy:
- opens on one device: the first device that opens your reading link;
- can be moved to a new device by entering a code sent to the WhatsApp number used to buy it, up to 3 times in any 90 days, or with our help;
- shows your name, part of your phone number and your order reference on every page.
3. What you may not do
You may not share your reading link or pages; copy, download, screenshot, photograph, record, print, scan, sell or distribute any part of the book; or try to remove the watermark or get around the device lock. If we find this, we may turn off that copy without a refund.
4. Price and payment
The price is shown in Indian Rupees before you pay, and that is the amount charged. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
5. Delivery and refunds

6. Access to the reader
Your reading access doesn’t expire. We work to keep the reader available at all times, but short interruptions can happen for maintenance or reasons outside our control. If we ever stop offering the online reader, we’ll tell you in advance on WhatsApp.
7. Ownership
CHINTAN, including its text, diagrams and infographics, is © Ronak Daudani. The website’s content and design are © JM Tutorials. All rights reserved.
8. Information about classes
Information about classes on this website is general information. Admissions, schedules and fees are confirmed at our centre.
9. Our responsibility
We provide the website and the e-book as they are. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about an e-book order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in force when you bought your copy apply to that purchase.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to solve any problem. Any dispute is subject to the courts in Palghar district, Maharashtra.
