Shipping and delivery policy

CHINTAN e-book (₹99)

The e-book is a digital product, so nothing is shipped. After your payment is confirmed, we send a reading link to the WhatsApp number you entered at checkout, usually within a few minutes. The same link is also shown on screen right after you pay.

The book opens in your web browser on our website. It is not a file you download.

If your link doesn’t arrive

• Check that the WhatsApp number you entered was correct and is active on WhatsApp.
• Use “Already bought it? Get your link again” on the CHINTAN page.
• Or contact us on WhatsApp +91 93597 74473 with your payment details. We aim to fix delivery problems within 24 hours.

Paperback

The printed book is sold and shipped by Amazon and Flipkart. Their delivery times and policies apply.

Coaching classes

Classes are held in person at our centre in Vasai West. They are not sold or delivered through this website.

Where we deliver

The e-book can be bought by anyone paying in Indian Rupees through Razorpay, and read anywhere with an internet connection.
